It's charming, with beautiful views of Long Island Sound and beaches, and great food (lobster rolls are my favorite!). It's also a place that restores the soul. It makes me happy when people come to vacation at my property and leave refreshed and want to come back!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for the amazing ocean views, lovely breezes, relaxing vibe, water sport opportunities and pristine natural setting. The house was built to bring family together and I'm happy to say that it does exactly that! I love that the property is private but not remote. It's very easy to find shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
