Great location

Free bus (Gold Route) stopped behind the condo, with drop offs at Peak 7 or 8. Also, short walk to Main St. Property was clean. Everything worked. We had a great time.

Breckenridge Mud Season Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great - very short walk to the downtown area. The condo was quiet, clean and well stocked with amenities. The only negatives were that the master bedroom mattress was not confortable and the sheets were old/scratchy/nubby. Reported these and a few other minor items in need of repair and were told they would be addressed. I would stay here again, if true.

Property was clean and spacious. My family of 6 (mostly adults) stayed here during the summer for a week long vacation. It was great to be able to quickly walk downtown to shopping, restaurants, the free gondola, and the bike/running path in Breck. Beds were comfy. Plentiful soaps, paper goods, coffee and tea all provided was very nice. We didn't have to run out and get anything but food. The only minor "complaint" from my crew was that the bath products didn't have any smell. They weren't bad smelling - just very neutral and generic.
