This beautifully renovated victorian, built in 1910, is located in the heart of the Mapleton Hill historic district. Being at the base of Mt. Sanitas in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to the center of the Pearl Street mall, you will be able to enjoy the best of what Boulder has to offer without ever getting in your car. Enjoy a hike up Sanitas Valley or the new Anemone trails, relax on the front porch with a view of the Flatirons, and then stroll down Pearl Street for shopping and fantastic dining. Enjoy the evening on the back patio with the warmth of the gas fire pit.

Inside you will find an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a steam shower. The kitchen has all high end appliances and the dining room table fits 8-10 people. There is a private office space on the main floor, cozy living room with wood stove, and a separate small lounging area in the basement. A perfect home base to experience all that Boulder has to offer.

charming home and location

This home felt warm and inviting. Well stocked kitchen, easy layout, private space to do work, but plenty of gathering places indoor and outdoor. We will look to stay again at this location so close to town!!!
