Two luxury master suites with soaking tubs, steam shower. All bedrooms have a private bath and balcony. Radiant floor heat and wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms have AC. New salt supported Hot Tub and fitness room. Home is a short walk to Lion's Lair hiking trail and Centennial Trail which runs all the way into Boulder. Beauty abounds inside and out, a place to rest, reflect, gather together and share the beauty of life. If you need more space, a separate lower level with a private entry, lounge, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 2nd laundry room is available for an additional fee. AWD is required in the winter; two garage spaces are available.

This is a lovely place to rest and reflect, with hiking trails and only 3 minutes into downtown Boulder. Even though this is a private setting, it is a mountain neighborhood where sound travels in canyon and therefore no events or loud gatherings, respecting the privacy and serene setting for all who enjoy living here.

My home has a beautiful and energetically open sense. It is very zen like in beauty and also has a lovely luxurious feeling as well
