3 acres of land! Clean and newly renovated home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Ocala, FL. Close to shopping, bars, and restaurants.

Just 19 min to the World Equestrian Center, 26 min to downtown Ocala, 15 min to Marion Oaks Community Center, and 19 min to Florida Horse Park. *Times may vary due to traffic.

**Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage and two closets. Loud, modified cars cannot park at the house.
**Not suitable or safe for children under 12 or infants. Breakable objects, glass tables, cleaners stored in lower cabinets, a pool without a lock, gate, or alarms, etc.

• A Ring doorbell and Blink camera near the front door. A Blink camera at the garage, the right corner of the house, the AC units, the pool valves, and at the well. Cameras are on and they are for security and safety purposes.
• This listing has a device that monitors noise levels (but doesn't record sounds) and notifies the host or the host's agents if it gets too loud.
• Water from a private well - please note that well water often has a different taste/smell/feeling from city tap water.
• Satellite internet, speeds may become slower or faster irregularly with weather. Please don't move routers, you may lose connection.
• Please ask host first for early check in and late check out. The fee is $10 per hour before 3PM for early check in and $10 per hour after 11AM for late check out.
• Septic system: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet! This includes but is not limited to baby wipes (or wipes of any kind), feminine hygiene products, facial tissue, paper towels, hairs, etc.

HOUSE RULES:
-Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am (Please keep reasonable noise levels. No loud noises/loud music outside the house)

**Parking: Loud, modified cars and heavy vehicles (commercial trucks/trailers) cannot park at the house.

-Please respect our neighbors. Don't feed, pet, or come close to their horses when they're training.

-No parties, gatherings, or events.

-No additional guests, occupants, or visitors other than those listed on the reservation at any time. Maximum occupancy is 8.

-The person booking the reservation must be present as you are responsible for your guests.

-Check out by 11:00AM, late check out fee: $40. After 1 hour, the fee is the base rate for that day.

-No Smoking inside the house. No marijuana(leaves a strong smell) or illegal drugs. Fee is $300.00 for additional cleaning.

-No firearms allowed

-No fireworks

-No Pets. If a pet is brought to the house, $1,000 additional cleaning fee for each pet. Pet(s) must be immediately removed from the property.

-Not suitable or safe for children under 12 or infants.(breakable objects, outlets without covers, cleaners stored in lower cabinets, glass tables, pool without gate/locks/alarms, etc.)

-An additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

-Guests wary of bugs: Even though we have the house professionally cleaned after each guest and use pest control, we simply can't avoid the occasional critter(s) from breaking in. Leaving windows/doors open allows bugs to enter the home. We don't offer discounts or refunds when this happens.

-No food or drink in the bedrooms. Guests will compensate the host for any food/drink stains.

-Please take off your shoes when you enter the house.

-You must have a valid working phone number on file. If we attempt to contact you and you have an invalid phone number or you don't respond to our messages, your reservation will be terminated with no refund.

-Please double check for personal belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind or mailing them back to you.
