2200 sq ft single family home with screened in lanai with new propane grill and an unscreened pool with a pool heater. The house sits on 1/3 acre with a fenced-in backyard with outside shower. There is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom being separate from the 2 guest bedrooms. There are 2 full baths, with second bath also doubling as pool bathroom access. There is an interior laundry room with new washer and dryer, and utility sink. We have a 2 car garage with remote, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The house is fully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There are four mountain bikes with locks, four fully equipped new beach chairs, new expandable wagon if driving over to the beach to pull your beach items along with a new beach umbrella with SPF protection that will not blow away in the wind. Exterior was newly painted along with the front and backyard newly landscaped. Tons of new updates to the house. Pet friendly with pet deposit.

We loved this house!!The host was great, if we had any questions or concerns she responded very quickly. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was great! Wish every house I stayed in, was as equipped as this one! Loved the location, close to stores.One of the best things was…Check in was 12 and the host got in touch with me to say we could go in when we got there!It was really, really nice to be able to do this and we very much appreciated that!Just great in every way and would definitely stay there again!!P.S. It was a little chilly the last week we were there & the host contacted us to ask if we wanted her to put the heat on. Thought that very nice of her!Another thing I really liked about this house was, it had the room with the T.V., then there was another living room where you could be without TV.Was just a great vacation!!

Perfect Pool and more

This home is perfectly situated near everything you need, yet private and tucked away. We enjoyed the warm heated pool in December and the swaying palm trees. It was like our own resort. There are plenty of golf courses nearby. We love the charm of Melbourne Beach and have for years. Glad we found this gem. Awesome Month in an Awesome Place!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Kim & Rob's home is lovely, comfortable and convenient to beaches, river, restaurants, shops, and even rocket launches - some passed right over the house! From decor to thoughtful amenities, we greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The uplighting on the palms and nightly reflections in the pool create a serenity the photos cannot do justice. And the master bed was one of the most comfortable ever! The hosts were friendly, communicative and responsive. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

Quick get away

Hubs and I took a week with my sis and BIL to get away from the Illinois cold winter. Nice comfortable home on Melbourne Beach close to everything. Walked to sunsets on the river and ocean almost every day. Needed the renew and refresh! Really helpful having the wagon, beach chairs and cooler! Thank you! We would book again
