Disappointed

We were extremely disappointed in finding out upon arrival that we could not flush toilet tissue down the toilet. That should have been disclosed in the VRBO opening description of the house. Also, the house is infested with small bugs in the kitchen area and bathrooms. They are everywhere.

I’m sorry you found out about the flushing tissue paper when in the property, it should have been specify in the house rules. VRBO copies everything from Airbnb, but I’ll check and make sure it’s visible and clear. As for the small critters, it was little ants in the kitchen counter, probably some food left out overnight, it’s been taken care of. You guys were great, sorry again for the inconvenience.
