Our Hyde Park neighborhood is full of dog walkers with a requirement that the dogs must be on a leash and their owners must pick up their dogs' droppings. Dogs must not be left alone in apartment unless crated.

*Our property has a FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY (no refund for any reason whatsoever including weather and COVID-related reasons) for cancellations with less than 30 days notice, 50% refund for cancellations with 31-60 days notice) IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE AS OFFERED BY VRBO AND OTHER VENDORS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE EVENT THAT A CANCELLATION BECOMES NECESSARY.
