Our house is in a tranquil neighborhood on a dead end street of Tukwila in a convenient location. The Green river trail and the Foster Links Public golf course are in a walking distance. Close to Foster memorial park, Riverside Casino, amusement center and Westfield shopping mall. Walking distance to the grocery stores, fast food restaurants and coffee shops.

The house has three bedrooms - 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one is a master bedroom with a brand new king bed), and a combined bedroom/game room in the fully furnished basement.

Have kids or just simply want some privacy? Send them downstairs to the huge bedroom with the queen, full, and twin beds. Please pay attention that there is bathroom downstairs.

A full kitchen with new appliances and all the amenities - dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Keurig and Ninja coffee maker, Ninja airfryer. We provide full kitchen supplies, and it is stocked with all the cooking items you may need. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, light snacks and bottled water.

There is a spacious covered deck for lounging right off the kitchen and a huge backyard with the lawn games, fire pit, gazebo 12x12, and Duwamish river in your possession.
Wake up to the peaceful river view and enjoy a morning coffee in the swinging egg chair. Want to get away -- head to the riverside where you will find a hammock, a propane grill and a picnic table with chairs.

Walk on the paved Green River trail, just steps from your front door -- taking you along the Duwamish river and Foster Links golf course to the Riverside Casino. Foster links golf course is a public course which includes a well appointed restaurant, Billy Baroo's Smokehouse with over 20 beers on tap. Sit on their patio overlooking the course and enjoy the evening, knowing it is a short walk home.
Head the other direction on the trail and you will find Starbucks, Quizno, and Jack-in-the-box, along with 2 convenience store in 2 Gas stations.

The Westfield Southcenter mall is just six minutes away with different dining options, endless shopping and entertainment - the largest in the entire Pacific Northwest.
Need to occupy the kids -- head over to Tukwilla's Family Fun Center and Bullwinkle Restaurant (less than 2 miles away) - mini golf, bumper boats, go carts, and amusement rides.

You definitely need a rental car to get around, but the location is perfectly centered to any sightseeing place in the Pacific Northwest part of Washington State. With a short commute, you’re close to everything Seattle has to offer! An ideal base to explore Seattle, Bellevue, Pacific Northwest, all 3 National Parks in Washington State.

There is a bus stop in a walking distance just 2 minutes from the house that will take you to all these destinations with service every 15 minutes.
