The location was perfect! We brought our bikes and were able to leave the car in the parking spot for our entire stay, which made it easy to get around. The host communicated clearly and was very responsive throughout the process. We had a great experience and will likely be back!

Our little cottage was wonderful. We even stayed in a couple nights because it was so cozy. It is just the right size for two old ladies who haven’t had a proper vacation in ten years. The bed was a little hard for me but wifey was happy with it. Everything you need to make meals or even bake some brownies are available in the stocked cupboards. We love the eclectic feel of the place. The shower was nice and warm. There is a cute little patio that we enjoyed dinner on. I do wish there was a gas grill, but the charcoal bbq was available if we wanted to use it. This little town is amazing. There are unlimited places to eat nearby. The art gallery district is right up the road. It was very easy to get to a public beach. Thanks so much for your hospitality Ptown! We shall return.

This is a nicely-located cottage, not too far from the beach and away from the town hubbub. It had everything I needed for a restful interlude -- especially a garden nook with a chaise for reading.

Cozy Beach Spot

This was myself and my partners first trip to ptown and this was a great spot! Not a place to host or hang, but perfect to crash and relax after full days at the beach and downtown. Highly recommend for an authentic cape experience.

Great place

The cottage is perfect for a couple. Small but with the cathedral ceilings it feels much bigger. Everything was very clean, the host was very easy to deal with, and the space is just as described. Would absolute stay again! Thanks for a great visit!!!

The overall value for the cost seemed fair for the time of the year. The cottage we stayed in was quaint and equipped with everything we needed and made it possible for us to enjoy many "in house" meals to save us some . We left some sun-shade umbrellas there in hopes that they will be used by future guests. We may well be those future guests as this property suited us well and was still affordable on our budget:-)

Cute Cottage with Everything You Need

Very comfortable, plenty of natural light, made a few simple meals there. Parking spot is very helpful too. It is walking distance to town, restaurants, etc. Private gated entrance, we felt safe keeping our bikes there too.

Wonderful end of summer weekend at this cute cosy home. It’s exactly as in the pics. Clean and simple. Hosts were just lovely - super easy to get in touch with! Highly recommend!

A charming little cottage

It's a fun little cottage, not especially spacious but private which is nice. Air conditioner, functional kitchen (not that I really cooked while I was there), pretty much exactly as advertised. If they added an umbrella for the outdoor porch/seating area it would be amazing. It's nice to sit out in the morning but with the direct sunlight it can be a little too warm. It's a long walk from town, but if you rent bikes it's easy to get to.

Lovely Cottage Getaway

The cottage was so lovely and private. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the market/cafe, and a 25 minute walk to downtown Commercial. The bed was comfortable. There were great ceiling fans and skylights throughout. Diane and Val were absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great cottage in a serene area of Ptown

The cottage is located on a beautiful, quiet street. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a nice base for us to come back to each day. Some of the furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Also, the AC unit in the bedroom needed to cleaned (dust buildup & filter). Overall, we had a wonderful stay though!

The perfect place in P-Town

First, the hosts greeted me very warmly. The cottage was very clean and has all that you need. It is very well decorated. I like the photographs and paintings. It is located in the quiet East End of town, away from the noisy centre. It is quiet and I slept very well. The mattress is very confortable. And very important in Provincetown, there is a parking space. All in all, this cottage was a great choice and I strongly recommend it.

Cute and comfy

This was the second time I stayed in Ptown's east end. I got to appreciate the quiet morning, but not long, walk to the center of town. Stayed with a friend who also enjoys staying in a neighborhood. This cottage was an excellent last minute find for our 4 day weekend trip. The cottage was comfortable and well stocked. There is one AC in the bedroom which was surprisingly strong enough to cool the entire place quickly even during some hot humid days. There are also ceiling fans. A nice bonus was the very large patio area. There is also a large parking space on the side outside the fenced patio. The owners were very nice, and quickly took care of one minor issue. Would stay again. Thanks Diane.
