The main level of the home is stair-free and includes the living area, dining area, kitchen and a king bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area features a large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors.

The dining area also has access to the patio area, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen features white appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the townhome. You'll find a king room and a twin room, both with flat screen TVs and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom features a king bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also features a private balcony overlooking the back deck to the golf course beyond.
