With peek-a-boo ocean views and a walkable location roughly 180 feet from the beach, this bright duplex home is any beach lover`s paradise. enjoy the vista from the 4 private balconies. Recently renovated to include all new luxury flooring. Linens, Toiletries and Bath/Beach towels included!
Great space for multiple families and guests to enjoy with over 3000 sq/ft. Have made some great cosmetic updates with a game room on the 3rd floor!

If you book the home under 21 your booking will be canceled.

Our unit does not allow any type of parties or large gatherings. Most rentals on the island enforce the same rule due to insurance requirements. Parking is limited up to 4-5 spaces depending on vehicle size.
