A secluded, no frills place close to Lassen Park. There wasn't much space and a bit dark inside, but a great place to lay my head after excursions in the park. The bed was comfortable and had a nice TV and wifi too. Perfect for myself for 2 nights.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The listing said it had a washer and queen bed. There was a pay laundromat (2.75 to wash 0.25 per 8 min to dry) that the staff also use to do guest sheets and towels (so you have to ask if you see them if you can jump in, or risk being rude and just jumping in) and a king bed. There were very very minimal kitchen supplies. It smelled strongly of mildew / must, the worst in the bathroom. There is not much lodging around here, so just know what you’re signing up for!
Easy check in and check out process! Less than 30 minutes away from Lassen National Park. They have their own shop for supplies and food, Bigfoot Coffee, and the room had movies and streaming services, kitchen supplies. The room matched the pictures as advertised. Comfortable bed. Nice water pressure in the shower. They have a fire pit and grill outside with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors for the morning/evening,Pretty neat that they have a private waterfall as well; they are currently working on the trail. I see a variety of lodging options, whether you want to stay in a studio, mini house, cabin, bell tent, or pitch your own tent at a site or an RV site. Very rustic, shaded area. A short drive away from Shingletown , where we visited their Dollar General and a Pizzeria/bar for the night.

Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort.
Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.
