The non-smoking apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the beach house of a newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. A modern apartment building was built next to the main building. This is your 3-room apartment. The modern ambience and the bright colors underline the friendly and spacious character. Start your day with a view from the 30 m² corner balcony, which you can reach from the living room and enjoy views of the dike and the Baltic Sea. The terrace has a table with four chairs and two comfortable sun loungers and loungers. The open-plan NOLTE built-in kitchen adjoining the living room is furnished in a modern way and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking utensils so that nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking evenings. The large dining table with shell chairs is kept in timeless gray and offers plenty of space. The design flooring looks bright and friendly throughout the living and sleeping area. The comfortable sofa bed in the living area and the large flat screen TV (50 inches) invite you to enjoy TV evenings with the family. Free WiFi is available in the entire apartment. There is also a safe for your valuables. The two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa bed, provide floor-to-ceiling windows for a wonderful view in the evening. 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps create a cozy atmosphere right next to the large boxspring bed. Two wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. From the bedroom you can go straight to the modern tiled bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a vanity unit with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and a towel radiator. The separate toilet can be reached via a sliding door.
