Enjoy the view of the Harz Mountains, the fresh forest air and an undisturbed stay on the large, near-natural property in a healthy living atmosphere. Here children can play and run around undisturbed. The large grill invites you to socialize and the huge beech tree provides shade in the summer heat.
In cool weather, the large living room with the fireplace is the most popular room in the house.
The clay walls and natural materials in our Villa Windrose immediately give you a cozy holiday feeling.
The house is set back and can hardly be seen from the street. A huge beech is the house tree of the renovated half-timbered house.

Wir, als 3- Generationenfamilie und Großstädter, haben uns im schönen Holz- Bio- Haus mit großem wild-romantischen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Kinder hatten genügend Raum & Möglichkeiten zum Spielen im Freien. Die Ausstattung im Haus und besonders in der Küche waren ausgezeichnet. Für Regentage stehen auch ausreichend interessante Puzzles zur Verfügung und die Bibliotheken im Hause bieten für Groß & Klein sehr reiche Auswahl.Danke nochmals an die freundliche Vermieterin/ Eigentümerin, von welcher wir auch wertvolle Freizeittipps erhielten.Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, schönen Familienurlaub... Danke !!!

Das Haus ist fantastisch. Liebevoll saniert, eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Super für Familien mit viel Platz, großem Garten, Spielen, Puzzeln und Büchern. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man so gebrauchen könnte!Es ist direkt am Wald gelegen, man kann direkt los wandern.Außerdem ist es umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man immer die Sonne suchen oder meiden kann. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Perfekt von A bis Z!

Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt zu Ute und Klaus ganz großartig und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, tolle Küche! Die Ausstattung ist vom Feinsten, es fehlte uns nichts. Egal ob drin oder draußen im schönen Garten, es war alles da, was man bei gutem und bei schlechtem Wetter brauchen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen lieben Dank

Die Villa Windrose ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz und tollem Garten. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bikertour on Harz 2024

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, mit der Buchung und mit den Vermietern. Die Vermieter sind uns gegenüber persönlich, sehr nett, freundlich und verständlich aufgetreten. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Häusle in toller Lage zur Erkundung der Umgebung

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und gemütlich, die Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Allgemein hat uns gefreut dass man hier nicht in einem lieblos und billig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus gelandet ist, sondern hochwertige Möbel, viel Echtholz und nette Deko findet. Es hätte uns gefreut wenn es in der Küche etwas mehr System gäbe. Unser Vorschlag ist, die Schränke zu Beschriften. Die Sucherei in der Küche hat uns doch etwas frustriert. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu fuß im Wald am Start von mehreren Wanderwegen. Der Kontakt mit dein Eigentümern war ebenfalls super. Vielen Dank dass wir dort sein durften!

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Wir können zu unserem Aufenthalt in dem schönen renovierten Fachwerkhaus nichts negatives sagen - ganz im Gegenteil, es war super. Wir sind mit acht Erwachsenen gereist und hatten alle genug Platz. Dank der zwei Badezimmer kam es auch zu keinen "Staus" am Morgen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und schick möbliert. Einzig die Matratzen der "Kingsize Betten" waren mir etwas zu weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Für die Erkundung der kleinen Stadt Bad Sachsa sowie für eine Wanderung auf den nahe gelegenen Ravensberg liegt das Haus ideal. Auch das Erlebnisbad kann ich empfehlen. Fazit: wir kommen wieder. :-)

Super Ferienhaus und Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit vier Familien in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die ruhige Lage, sehr dicht am Wald und zu einigen Wanderwegen, war für uns perfekt. Wir würden definitiv nochmal vorbeikommen und können es größeren Familien oder Freundesgruppen empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Objekt und tolle Umgebung

Die Villa Windrose liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus und der große Garten laden an vielen Stellen zum Verweilen ein. Eine große Bücher- und Spielesammlung vertreibt die Zeit, auch wenn mal das Wetter für Außenaktivitäten nicht mitspielt. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen und Backen ein. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitaktivitäten und unmittelbare Startpunkte zum Wandern. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir wollten nicht wegfahren, wir wollten noch an so vielen Ecken sitzen, in die Landschaft gucken und all die Bücher lesen, all den Tee/Kaffee trinken...

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sehr viel Geschirr, Spiele,Bücher,Küchenausstattung....für ein Ferienhaus absolut Top. Neue Pfannen könnten mal gebraucht werden. Die vorhandenen sind etwas verschlissen. Die Treppe wurde offensichtlich vergessen zu putzen. Sie war ziemlich staubig. Der größte restliche Teil war absolut picobello geputzt. Das Haus ist auch nicht nur mit irgendwelchen klapprigen poco Möbeln ausgestattet sondern mit schönen massivholz Schränken wie man sie auch sich selbst kaufen würde. Insgesamt kann man auch bei schlechten Wetter ( das wir leider hatten) hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Was man bei dem Preis zwar eigentlich auch erwarten kann aber manchmal kann man sich da auch bei höher preisigen Unterkünften ja nicht sicher sein.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zu siebt eine schöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus wurde innen sehr schön renoviert und gestaltet. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Wir haben nichts vermißt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Mit Liebe renoviertes altes Fachwerkhaus direkt am Waldrand. Alles da, was man für ein gemütliches, erholsames wochenende braucht. Brötchen/ einkaufen in 20min Fussläufiger Entfernung.
