Clean, quiet, below average customer svs

The place is clean and quiet with decent amenities. The customer service however, below average. The AC battery was dead upon arrival and they never delivered replacements despite multiple promises. Internet got disconnected due to lack of payment from the owner! Got resolved a few hours after reporting it.
