This property is a short walk to the base area of the mountain, where you can catch the free Town Shuttle to the town of Crested Butte, or it’s a short 5-minute drive to town.

The first floor has a spacious set up for lots of fun on your vacation, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard table, tv, and tons of comfortable seating. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a gas fireplace—perfect for entertaining your entire group. Spacious high ceilings and tons of windows provide natural light throughout the house. The deck located off the main floor features a hot tub to relax after a day of skiing or biking and a grill to make delicious meals! There are amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte, as well as views up and down valley! One master bedroom is located on the main floor of the home, featuring a large soaking tub.

The remainder of the bedrooms, including a junior master with a soaking tub, are located on the 3rd floor, providing quiet privacy. All bedrooms are spacious with many windows for excellent views, and feature large closets.

This property features a 1-car garage and parking for two (2) additional vehicles outside.
