Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to fill in and sign an HOA application and lease form and provide a valid ID for the time period inquired to the HOA. The application must be approved by the HOA. An application fee will apply and must be paid separately to the HOA. We will assist you throughout the entire process. Please note that all guests must abide by HOA rules. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will have 24 hours to fill and sign your HOA application; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Enjoy your stay in our 2 bedrooms, 2 baths waterfront condo located on the 2nd floor. It has an AC and WIFI to make your stay comfortable. You can enjoy using the pool. Minutes from beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, water park, bars, water sports, golf club, parks, and many more. A great location for you to discover Redington Shores the best way.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers one double-size bed as well as a bunk bed with 1 twin size bed and 1 toddler size bed, and a closet. A washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen televisions, high-speed internet are also included. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. One designated parking space in the garage for your convenience.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes only
• No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
