All linens included. Immaculate with new central a/c, secluded, just across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Frenchy's, beachcomber, sand pearl, groceries, and church. Includes cable, high-speed internet, Jacuzzi, laundry room, beach chairs and whatever else is necessary to complete your stay. Unit has been recently updated with new furnishings, large flat screen television, flat screens in each bedroom and one of a kind beach table which includes a variety of items for all ages.
The property is two houses away from the beach access; which makes for a great stay!

This was our second time staying in the Beachy Bungalow. It does not disappoint! It is just enough room for 4 people and the location is great! The beach is a short walk across the street and is peaceful and not crowded. The restaurants or more crowded beach is just an easy 10-15 minute walk. The hot tub is nice to relax in the evening after a day at the beach. Marilyn is a great host and responds promptly to any questions. Will most definitely be back for a third time!

Perfect little house for our family of 4 for the weekend. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms. Another HUGE bonus is that the towels and sheets were provided for us and there was laundry on site. Very seclude space, easy check-in and ample number of towels and bed sheets. Quick minute or two walk to the beach, which with the two wagons made particularly easy. Two beach chairs, four or five regular fold-out chairs, frisbee, goggles and a snorkel tube were provided. We also took advantage of the small cooler to take some snacks and drinks to have while on the beach.

There is a beautiful bungalow within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, CVS and anything you may need! Property is private and quiet. From coffee in the patio, beautiful walks, evening cocktails in the hot tub and cards when it rained, you can't beat the bungalow. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute - thanks to Marylin - the hostess with the mostest!

The bungalow is very cute, quirky and secluded. The beds are very comfortable if you like soft mattress. The beach access is two houses down. The beach is beautiful and very quiet. There is a trolley one block over that will take you to all the restaurants and nightlife. Ms. Marilyn is a very nice owner and would accommodate anything you need. We didn't have any issues but I did get a chance to have a conversation with her about the bungalow and she was very nice.

Beachy bungalow is the best!

Marilyn was so thoughtful, kind and responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful, a few steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. The kitchen and laundry worked great, the jacuzzi was fantastic, we have no complaints. Great little place at a great price.
