We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction possible and appreciate feedback. That being said, in this instance we feel your review is both unjustly harsh and also inaccurate. To clarify for any other prospective guests who may read this : You indicate no lamps for reading ? There are 2 bedside lamps in bedroom ( shown in photos ), as well as dimmable pot lights in suite. You indicate patio furniture not usable-dining ? There is both a 6 seat patio table on deck and a 6 seat dining table inside. Both in perfect working order. The large sectional couch on deck is often enjoyed by guests in summer and is as shown in photos. You indicate a concern with privacy and hot tub cleanliness ? Our listing description indicates, Points West Oceanfront Resort is a large 5 acre waterfront property with multiple beach houses. While they are each private, you may see, or encounter other guests and / or staff while on the property. The beach houses are somewhat visible to one another from some angles. ( all beach houses have blinds). Guests who are seeking a level of solitude where they do not expect to see, or encounter anyone during their stay should pls consider other options. The hot tub was checked for sanitation levels and cleaned on the morning of your arrival. I always message our guests at beginning of stay to please let me know if they have any questions or concerns. You did not raise any concerns during stay or reply to any of my messages.
