The house is located in South Fallsburg, 5 minutes drive from Monticello/Catskills. It is close to shopping centers, restaurants and casino. A lot of hiking and fishing areas near by. Neversink river is close, world famous for flyfishing. Holiday Mountain Ski resort is 10 minutes away. House was recently renovated. It has nice porch with a lake view to enjoy morning coffee. New appliances. Overall, it is nice and quite place to spend weekend with family or friends in outdoors...

Cozy lovely home. We were 2 small families who stayed and really enjoyed the weekend. It was clean, cool, and had a lovely garden and fire pit that we enjoyed!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Exactly as described, this lovely cottage was a great get away in the country. Beds were comfortable and outside space is beautiful with a nice deck overlooking a pond/woods. Deer plentiful.

Nice getaway

Check in was easy and host very accommodating to our requested check in. The house was as described and newly renovated; very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay for New Year's weekend. Conveniently located and only 10 minutes from Resorts World Casino where we went for New Year's Eve. Nice view from the living room; close to town and there were multiple options for dining nearby.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, well-stocked house!

Everything went smoothly from Day 1. The house and property were immaculate, and it felt as if the whole interior of the house, along with the porch, etc., were brand new. The house was very well stocked, with items in the kitchen I don’t even keep in my own home, as well as some food, condiments, etc. The house is gorgeous, all wood like a ski lodge, and modern with all the amenities. Separate A/C’s for each bedroom that worked excellently.

Issues with the conditioning aire

Everything is good, the summer is hot so we had to go out to the mall for conditioning aire because inside the house was too hot.
