Apartment (in basement of a villa) in countryside with fantastic sea view + pool

The villa "Dolce Tramonto" with fantastic sea view and swimming pool is situated in a secluded location only 400m from the sea, completely surrounded by greenery on an estate of 1.3 ha. The location is in the North of Sardinia, outside the residence Portobello. Nearby there are several beaches, which you can reach in 5-8 minutes by car (the beach is not accessible on foot).
The nice town of Santa Teresa, 20 minutes away, invites you to stroll around, as well as Palau, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa and Castelsardo, which are only a small selection of the nearest popular towns.
The apartment is located on the underground floor of the villa with a separate entrance. The approx. 50 sqm flat is suitable for 2-4 persons. It consists of a spacious living/dining room with fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. In the living area there is a pull-out couch with integrated mattress as well as a spring core grid, which would be suitable for another 2 persons. In the outdoor area, you can use the pool as well as various lounging and sitting areas. I myself live there, so I am on site, but I will withdraw when you use the pool and let you enjoy the ambience to the full. The sound of the sea, the fantastic view of the sea and the breathtaking sunset right in front of the house will enchant you.
The 1.3 ha garden offers further highlights such as a stream, old oak trees, chill-out seating areas, special vegetation and much more.

Beautiful place with magnificent sunsets

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very clean, good beds and fully equipped kitchen. We only sometimes missed a freezer for ice. Sylvia is very kind and helpfull. Great tips for beaches. The pool is perfect and the sunsets really beautiful. It was a very good stay and holiday!

Perfect and unique !

We spent an amazing week in Portobello. The house and setting in the nature are beautiful. All is well thought in the house, we immediatly felt the warmth and charm. Also perfectly located to explore this area of Sardegna. Thank you Sylvia for all your indications. It was … perfect!

Welcome to paradise

If you want a beautiful ocean view with stunning sunsets, if you are looking for a quite and peaceful isolated place with a clean private pool and all equipment and service you can think of; this is the place. Everything Sylvia created here is done with heart and soul with extraordinary high quality standards. Sylvia is a brave, practical and lovely woman who helped us with tips when needed and was very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp. Definitely top 3 stays in the last 10 years and I would recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic view and nice house

The view is fantastic and the house is nice. Unfortunately there is no air conditioner or fan in the downstairs bedrooms, so is was extremely hot and impossible to sleep. The beach that is in the description is unfortunately not accessible to the renters. That was very unfortunate and misleading.

It is nowhere written that it is possible to go to the beach by food. It is written that you can reach many lovely beaches not far away with the car. So please read the text. It was very hot this summer (40) degrees that it is everywhere impossible to sleep with such temperature. It has never been a problem before because the apartment is downstairs.

Magnifique vue

Le cadre est très beau et bien entretenu mais loin de tout la voiture est indispensable ! La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique !!! Sylvia est très discrète et laisse jouir de la piscine et de la terrasse en toute tranquillité. Des volets ou des rideaux occultant seraient appréciable afin de pouvoir dormir dans le noir.

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit sehr schönem Ausblick (toller Pool). Alles war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es zu Fuss nichts zu erreichen gibt.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche mit jeglichen Utensilien bestückt die man benötigt, sogar die praktische Tupperware ist vorhanden! :-) Das Boxspringbett 1A, so gut haben wir selten im Urlaub gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Marx war hervorragend. Innerhalb von 8-10 km ist einer von mehreren Stränden sowie ein MiniMarket oder auch eins von mehreren Restaurants erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft sowie die Vermieterin nur weiterempfehlen! Liebe Grüßen :-)

Veramente un dolce tramonto

Wunderbar zum Erholen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Sylvia sehr genossen. Eine tolle Anlage, ruhig gelegen mit tollem Blick in die Natur und aufs Meer. Bilder aus dem Inserat geben alles gut wieder. Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Ferienanlage Portobello und wird auch von der Gastgeberin bewohnt. Es war ein sehr positiver und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Wir fühlten uns als Familie willkommen. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Einzig Nachts kann es in der UG Wohnung doch mal recht warm werden. Ventilator wäre gut. Der nächste erreichbare Strand in Portobello Nord bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Abkühlen und Schnorcheln. Badeschuhe wegen Steinen und Seeigeln nicht vergessen... Zusammenfassend -klasse, wir würden wiedekommen.

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zusammen als Familie unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet einen großen Pool mit wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Tipp für neue Urlauber - am Besten vor Anreise einmal einkaufen gehen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwas weiter enfernten ist. Im ganzen war es sehr schön und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch für die gute Kommunikation. Beste Grüße

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Villa mit Pool

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen und fantastischen Pool ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe ins Detail. Der einzige Makel war eine Klimaanlage die Wasser im Zimmer verlor, jedoch für uns nicht tragisch. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und können es nur empfehlen👍🏼 Freundliche Daniel, Gabriela & Lia🐶

Ferienhaus ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage. Die Aussicht und der Sonnenuntergang sind atemberaubend. Der Grundriss mit drei Badezimmern und die Einrichtung, speziell der Küche, sind auf hohem Niveau und sehr geeignet für Privatsphäre trotz Gemeinsamkeit. Der gepflegte Pool mit Beleuchtung bietet Ferienvergnügen auch in der Nacht. Der Badestrand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind in 15 Autominuten. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.

Entspannter Urlaub in wunderschönem Ferienhaus

Wir 3 Erwachsene haben zwei Wochen in diesem perfekt und hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus genossen. Der Blick auf das Meer, der Pool und die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge sind unschlagbar und dazu die Ruhe - großartig. Ein perfekter Ort für alle, die richtig ausspannen möchten.

Maravillosa casa en Cerdeña

Somos 2 familias que hemos disfrutado muchísimo estas vacaciones en cerdeña, la casa está ubicada en un paraje espectacular con maravillosas vistas y puestas de sol desde la preciosa piscina, buena situación para visitar las mejores playas y pueblos del norte de cerdeña, la casa tiene de todo y unos acabados de diseño, no le falta ningún detalle, hemos aprovechado muchísimo los dos porches, la barbacoa y los niños el apartamento, nos han encantado las cenas de las noches frente a la piscina iluminada y el silencio del paraje viendo las estrellas, que es otro espectáculo, repetiremos

casa bella ma lontana dal mare e infestata da cinghiali

. Raggiungere la villa nelle ore notturne è estremamente pericoloso dal momento che la strada, nel bosco (ben 200 metri) è priva di illuminazione ed invasa da cinghiali. Distanza dal mare: almeno un chilometro sotto il sole e non certo 400 metri come dichiarato dal proprietario. Pattumiera molto difficile da gestire: i bidoni non essendo protetti adeguatamente considerata la presenza di animali selvatici e lo smaltimento settimanale, venivano ribaltati tutte le notti dai cinghiali e spesso, al mattino, abbiamo dovuto raccogliere tutta l’immondizia dalla strada e portarla in discarica.

Richtigstellung, das Haus ist Luftlinie 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt (siehe Hausbeschreibung und Google Maps). Wildschweine gibt es in Sardinien überall, weshalb unser Grundstück mit einem Zaun in Zukunft abgesichert ist. Die Mülltonnen werden gesichert, Wer losen Müll von 30 Personen nur in Säcken dazu stellt wird weiterhin Probleme bekommen. Zudem wer täglich im Haus mit bis zu 30 Personen Partys veranstaltet, 20 Personen im Haus übernachten obwohl nur für 6 Personen gebucht wurde, großen Schaden verursacht, verärgert jeden Vermieter.

Schönes Haus mit toller Meeresblick!

Ein bischen schwierig zu finden (Wir waren zweimal auf dem angrenzenden Residence 'La Gallura') das Haus befindet sich nur etwa 50 Meter vor der Residence, aber einmal da: WOWWWW Wir haben schon viele Häuser gemietet in Sardinien aber so komplett wir dieses Haus noch nie gesehen! Wirklich alles war da und es war sauber, schön, und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang und am Morgen die Kühe, die vorbeikamen! Nächstes Jahr wird es auch ein Swimmingpool geben! Der Kontakt mit Herr Marx war sehr gut und freundlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!! Sehr empfehlenswürdig!!
