We had a great time riding bikes in the Bellingham area and this house was a perfect middle ground between all of the areas we were riding and town.

Beautiful stay for a wedding weekend with friends. We loved gathering around the huge kitchen island for snacks and gossip. Plenty of room for all, awesome hot tub and huge TV for movie night. We all agreed we would return for another trip. Thank you, Yelena!

Beautiful home. However People were in and out as prepping for wedding and that resulted in multiple emails from host. Not sure if emails motivated by outside cameras or neighbors.

Multiple times cars were parked on the road which is a no no especially on Fridays when garbage trucks are in the area. There is a designated driveway and gravel area and guest was warned about it.

Beautiful, quiet, secluded hilltop location. Perfect for our family and friends Thanksgiving getaway. Clean and well appointed. The ping pong table and hot tub were fun distractions. Cooking was pretty easy and convenient.

Gorgeous Property Gorgeous Surroundings!

We loved staying here for our sibling reunion! The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the views of the trees are amazing. We came in late April and enjoyed local dining & shopping, as well as the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Mt Vernon and two tulip festivals in Canada (Abbotsford and Harrison).

Amazing property

Beautiful home nestled in a equally beautiful neighborhood in Sudden Valley. We stayed here for a wedding being held in Bellingham and loved that it was about 20ish minutes away. Very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent & beautiful home

The property was incredibly well maintained. Our host was really easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. Lots of kitchen appliances, which was great as we cooked a lot. Really easy check out process as well. This was by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed at!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for my extended family. The kids loved the bunk beds and the bedroom bath combo on the first floor was perfect for my parents. The house was clean and spacious for our family. The added bonus of the playground down the street was nice too for the kids.

Comfortable, quiet, and accommodating

“The Rock” is the perfect place to host your family, your friends, or your colleagues. My group had an excellent time in Sudden Valley. Golf, mountain bike, catch up with friends. You will have a fantastic stay.

The house was fabulous. The rooms and amenities were top notch. There were activities in the house (table tennis and board games) to keep everyone entertained. There was plenty of space to allow my class to host a study potluck, though there is limited parking. The driveway is steep but manageable. The hot tub was a very nice addition and the firepit was nice though we couldn't enjoy it as much as possible due to weather. I would definitely stay here again.
