Beautiful brand new 4 bedroom/2 bath home in a private beach community. Home is elevated with 2 decks and a slice of distant water view. Private beach with diving raft is a 4 minute walk away. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, walking trails, bike path, the village and an ice cream at the Wharf. Close to the New Bedford working waterfront, great restaurants, The Whaling Museum or head the other direction to Cape Cod. Not to just be enjoyed in summer--Mattapoisett is beautiful all year round. One week minimum during summer months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house is perfect - new and well maintained and very comfortable for our entire family. Close to beach, biking and hiking etc.

Memorial Day Family Weekend

We came to Mattapoisett for a family event over the long weekend. The house was perfect for a combined family stay -- a great first floor (and deck) social space, all in a brand new, clean, comfortable home, literally steps away from hiking trails, a short walk to the beach, and convenient to all that Mattapoisett has to offer. Jen was fantastic and accommodating. We hope to be back!
