Great location

We had a great time here and it was the perfect location to easily access all the events around Saratoga and Ballston Spa for our cousin’s wedding. We realized someone had left an engagement ring in one of the bedroom drawers 30 minutes after checkout. Management was very responsive and able to quickly unlock the door to avert a crisis and meltdown before our long trip home. Highly recommended for your next trip to Saratoga.

Great location and accommodations

Nicely set up VRBO that was clean and had lots of towels (which my wife always appreciates). The team quickly responded and fixed a circuit that went out the same day we reported it – very reassuring! When it comes to parking beware of the alternating street parking restrictions on the side of the building near the front door. The signs said enforcement starts at 8am, and indeed I promptly got a ticket at 9:07am...:)

Quiet convenient location

Great spot just s a few blocks' walk from the downtown businesses. There were 5 of us, but it didn't feel crowded. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we cooked a few of our meals. One thing that puzzled us initially was the front door lock. It's the panel on the front door above the knob, but it looks more like a fancy plate than a lock. The thing that looks like a lock is the box to the right, but that's not what you're supposed to open!

Everything you need

So happy we stayed here. The location was great - neslted in a fun artsy neighbourhood, just steps away from the neighbourhood pub - The Local, which is a must! Walkable distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need.

A True Oasis in Saratoga Springs!

We cannot say enough about this property and the property manager! The location is fabulous and within walking distance to Broadway! The apartment is extremely well appointed with high end quality equipment. They have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The property manager responds in timely manner and goes above and beyond to assist you in whatever way she can. My husband recommend this property without any hesitation and look forward to, hopefully, staying there again in the future!

best saratoga vrbo

My wife and I have stayed in Saratoga a number of times over the past couple of years and this will be our first choice on future stays. The apartment is great, the location is super convenient to down town and Kristen was great to deal with. We will definitely be staying there again

Saratoga getaway

This unusual 2 bed 2 bath was great. We had 3 guests. The first bedroom was the biggest and accommodate the 2 of us well. Had a desk and a small dresser. The closet in this bedroom was huge. The second bedroom a little smaller but still has a nice size closet. Washer and dryer included. The kitchen was fully stocked as I never heard anyone say that something was missing. The bathrooms had several hooks for towels. The only thing that I felt was missing was a full length mirror. I like to get a full look at myself before I go out the door. There are several restaurants in this area so you don’t have to fight the crowds on Broadway. It’s a quick walk down to Broadway where you can catch the free trolly. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

Our stay was originally going to be four people, but the other couple couldn't make it. The apartment was perfect - clean with all necessary tools. We were there for Saratoga Race track and the place is 5-8 minutes from the track. The only thing we thought was odd was the request to put all the trash and recycle cans out on Friday. There were 10 or 11 cans. We are both over 75 with slight disabilities so we only put out the two cans we were using.

Yes and no

Not aware there were four units at this house. Also did not realize there were steps going up to the apartment. Smaller bedroom should have two twin beds, not one queen, which made getting in and out on the right side very difficult. Also, parking was an issue. However, the living room and kitchen and larger bedroom were just fine.

Downtown Convienence

Very clean and bright 2BR and 2 bath within walking distance of downtown Saratoga and to the race track. On the edge of the Arts District with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking on the street. Be careful of the signs, they're not all 24 hours. You can hear the cars go by, but otherwise pretty quiet. Second bathroom was missing shampoo and conditioner bottles. Providing body wash and extra bath tissue would have been a nicer touch. I've already recommended to a friend.

Extended our stay for wedding attendance

We went to Saratoga Springs for a wedding and decided to to stay longer than overnight so we could visit the area. Decided that a VRBO was the way to go and when we were lucky enough to make our reservations here we hit the proverbial jackpot! Just the right distance from town to have peace and quite and yet just minutes away. The property itself was completely renovated and cozy. I would highly recommend.

Great location near shops + dining

Love the location, a little crowded for three people who don't share beds. Two full-size beds, and a sofa, which took away the common area since it became a bed. Location was very convenient, place was very cute with lots of extras like coffee, thank you!
