About this property

Large lake home with room to play.

Come enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on the lake. Room for several families and your boat or ATV trailers. There is a free boat launch 1 mile from the house. Let the kids play in the pool and the large yard. Lots of balls, toys, and croquet. There is electrical hookup for an RV and an electric car charger available as well. This home sports a large, open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs is an open loft with a beautiful lake and mountain views. You will have access to the entire house except a few locked closets. The detached garage and barn are also restricted. We live nearby and love the lake and mountains. We'll let you enjoy your trip, but would love to share some recommendations of our favorite places nearby.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great, quick and easy access to highway. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view, excellent patio and wrap-around porch. It was too cold to swim but pool is nice.

Annual retreat

Great common area to watch sports and gather, kitchen worked ok. We stayed in due to the snow, where we normally we would go out hiking. The house is very nice, great time.

Great view

We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.

House was perfect for what we needed. Not much access to the lake, path somewhat overgrown and steps/dock not safe, poor shape. Not a problem with us, but maybe for some. I would return without hesitation.
