Fantastic location directly on the beach. Tasteful interiors. Fantastic sunsets from the roof terrace with firepit. The bedrooms in the back towards the PCH are a little noisy.
I love Santa Monica and if you are looking for the best place to rent, I would highly recommend this place. Jon, the owner, was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. Each floor has a view of the ocean and has its own deck. Love how spacious it is and has a 2 car parking (rare to find in Santa Monica). Can I also say I have never seen a master bathroom like this in my life! The bathroom has two waterfall showers and 6 side showers. The living area is very comfy with large tvs. Overall we felt very at home and we didn't want to leave. We will surely come back.
