Host was very responsive and brought us the coffee mugs and glasses that were lacking. Kitchen and bathroom are original but clean and functional. House was close to the airport and convenient to williamsville that we wanted to tour.
Location was great! The house is really cute. We had to call the host upon arrival because we couldn't get into the house because we were given a wrong code but the host quick to help us. The house was clean. The beds were really uncomfortable though. There was only 2 coffee cups and just 2 regular cups to drink out of. The hot water knob in the shower didn't work. We picked this place because the location was perfect.
It was a nice place for two nights with a mobile 1 year old and a rambunctious 3 year old. Beds were firm and so comfortable. We all slept like we do at home. The heating system works great. It’s a bit bare bones as far as VRBO experiences, but adequate for our needs. Backing out of the driveway during rush hour was a little hectic, but otherwise great location.

Stay
The house was clean parking was great. Neighborhood was also very nice. The online description about the price was misleading and we paid more than we had originally budgeted for. If we would have known how much it actually cost, we would not have stayed there.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing for a three-night stay at our private 3-bedroom house is accurate, with a nightly rate and a cleaning fee. It's important to note that VRBO adds taxes and fees beyond our control. You proceeded with the reservation regardless, and the total cost was clear at booking, remaining unchanged.
We want to emphasize that if you had budget concerns, you could have contacted us for a possible cancellation. However, since you proceeded with the reservation without communication, we had no way of knowing your concerns. VRBO provides the total cost at booking, and your decision to proceed was based on that information. Any budget concerns afterward cannot be attributed to us. The price you viewed at the time of booking is the amount you were ultimately charged since we do not have the capability to adjust prices or influence VRBO's software.

You organized a stay at my residence, misleading me by claiming you were staying with family. There seems to be a lack of remorse or embarrassment after being discovered lying and partying instead. Some 60-70 unknown individuals entered the house, and it's unbelievable you assert that nothing was stolen when you were kicked out and not let back in. How can you claim that nothing was taken when you had no control over the many guests entering and leaving? Damage was inflicted on my door and nightstand during the event, and the repair costs, exceeding $500, have not even been addressed not to mention missing appliances and linens. All of my cameras were disconnected, and my belongings were damaged with the place a mess. The complete absence of shame and self-awareness following the destruction of someone else's property is truly remarkable. Instead of hosting parties at your home, you opted to rent someone else's property and proceeded to cause significant damage and are still somehow acting like a victim here instead of the perpetrator. Here's a straightforward piece of advice: if you're unwilling to cover damages, refrain from hosting parties at someone else's property and causing destruction. It's a simple principle to follow.
