Why they chose this property
This property could not have a better location. Nestled in the Mariana Butte neighborhood, you are two blocks away from the most beautiful golf course in Northern Colorado. There are also amazing walking trails, bike paths and the cutest little downtown of Loveland within 10 minutes of the property. You can also make a quick 45 minute trip up to Estes Park to enjoy some remarkable hiking and breathtaking views.
