This home is close to shops, dining, Publix, Wal- Mart, local fresh market, parks, Rogers golf club, and the Tampa zoo is 3 miles away. It's a one-story brick house with a porch and a fenced in back yard. There is a treadmill on site, a barbeque gas grill and a fire pit in the back yard for your enjoyment. This home has camera's outside surrounding the property. A rental agreement and ID is a requirement of this rental agreement.

Great place to rent.
This home was very clean and had anything anyone would need. Kitchen was full stocked. Beds were comfortable. Had a awesome outside area with table and Chairs and a grill. The hosts were very easy to work with. Definitely would rent this property again
