2 car garage can temporarily store furnishings from your former home. Driveway can accommodate 4 cars. All utilities and wifi are incl. Require clean background check. 1 block to shopping, Freshco and Shoppers Drug Mart. Walking distance to bus.

Basement with wet bar & backyard with barbecue and seasonal hot tub (closed-reopen May 2023) are entertainment magnets. Minimum 30 day stay.
