Could not reach host until 8:30 pm on check in day

Could not reach host to get check in details, Arrived in city at 4 pm and could not get a response from my repeated messages. Had to make alternate accommodations as I was travelling with family. Host did finally contact me at 8:30 pm after which I had secured alternative accommodations after arriving at 4 pm.

Double charged for the condo. Still waiting for the credit 3 weeks later...Bath towel bar was held together by packing tape, window in one of the rooms was removed and replaced with cardboard. Unsafe. Kitchen cupboards were peeling off. I understand repairs need time to complete but not a "luxurious condo"

Never contacted us

We sent numerous messages that were not answered. We called vrbo and they tried to contact to no avail. Am now waiting for requested refund. We didn’t go because we never got hold of the property owner and didn’t have a place to stay. I would have put not applicable as a review but it wouldn’t let me answer or respond without filling in everything. We had to postpone trip do to the no response and I’m not happy about it

This host canceled on me the day of our check in!! Whilst traveling from across the country. I had to get a last minute hotel and the. Book a different rental. Absolutely horrible. They were not easy to communicate with. Very shady.
