Bring the family & friends to this beautiful 2-story townhome in Hot Springs Village just a short walk to Lake Desoto & Waypoint Marina where you can rent pontoon boats, kayaks, etc.. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood with a common area gazebo with a view of the lake . You'll have all that you need to enjoy your stay & the Wi-Fi is great in case you need to work a little while you're here. Just 2 miles inside of the West gate and close to Golf, Tennis, Fishing, & Pickleball.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you could please put the dirty towels in the laundry room by the washer and dryer it would be greatly appreciated. You do NOT need to strip the beds. Our cleaners will do that.
Please place any dirty dishes in the dish washer and start dishwasher. Please bag & throw out all trash on the side of the house. Please don’t forget to lock the door behind you.

John was an exceptional host. This rental met my family needs. We prepared family meals with their nice cookware. We pack toilet paper, trash liners, and whatnot to make sure we’re covered. There was no need because there was plenty. When I reached out about some missing items in the kitchen, John offered to have them delivered during our stay! I thanked him for going above and beyond. The location is fantastic! It is right by the lake. My husband and grandchildren loved that. It was quiet. The outside trash receptacle is conveniently placed near the unit. I could just go on about this rental. The only disappointment was there wasn’t a TV in the children’s room for them to watch cartoons. Even with that, it doesn’t take away from the 5-star rating!

This was a nice property and we enjoyed the communication with the host. He responded quickly when we had questions.The property is a little older but it was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The listing indicated there was a pool but it’s actually a fitness center a few miles away that requires a nominal fee to use. We had kids with us so a pool in the neighborhood would’ve been better. But we made it work for just two days. In the summer I’m sure people would maybe swim in the lake which is just a block away. Lots of games are in the unit and also travel guides for the area. Very helpful.All in all, it was perfect for our needs and we had a great time.

The condo is very nice. It’s in a very easy to get to location close to the lake. The furnishings are very nice and the property itself is very clean. Owners were very easy to message and responded very quickly. We were up for a birthday and Garvan Gardens Christmas lights. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Hot Springs Village vacation

Relaxing getaway

Everything was spotlessly clean. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. There was plenty of space to relax and a good selection of games for the family. It also has a nice patio with table and chairs and a grill, but our stay was too cold to enjoy them. The beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

In our area, they offer golf, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, fishing, boat marina, hiking trails and paths along the lake. A 24 hour Walmart is less than 10 minutes from the property and gas stations are less than a mile away.
Looking for activities? Within 30 minutes are: Maxwell Blade Magic Show, Garvin Gardens, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, Magic Springs Amusement, Coleman's mineral mining and zip line, Hot Springs famous Bath Houses and shops plus other fun things. The Village offers 7 lakes with some having beach, swimming areas, picnic tables and BBQs. Coronado fitness center and pool are available to guests on a daily rental basis. Visiting on a Sunday? There are plenty of churches to choose from. For more information of events happening in the village, go to HSVPOA.org. If you haven't visited HSV before, it is truly a great place to vacation and a very safe gated community
