Delano is perfectly located within a mile of the Keeper of the Plains and the Museums on the River district. Just head north along the Arkansas River and you’ll encounter these five museums and Wichita’s most iconic landmark.

The location is amazing, downtown has seen significant regeneration work and you're close to the new baseball stadium, the ice rink, parks, the river, and plenty of hip new eateries and bars in Delano

Bug spray is provided under the sink in the kitchen and if you need any more please ask!

The house sleeps up to 8 people. The pricing is based on up to 6 people.

Background Check, Refundable Admin Hold, and Minimum age of guests
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee
You will need to submit in date photo ID and selfie
A pre-authorization admin hold from $49 per booking is asked for any incidentals just the same as a hotel - this changes depending on the length of stay
The minimum age for booking is 21 years old

All dogs need to be licensed and registered. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines.
