This was a great little house near the beach. There were a couple of hiccups but Stephen quickly responded and resolved them. Very cozy, the yard was plush and green…so that was great for my little dog!Plenty of supplies there but could probably use a few more towels. I brought my own so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, convenient area, cute house and enjoyed my stay!

House was very clean and well stocked! Backyard was perfect for ourl little dog to run around in. Ormond Beach is laid back and the beach is clean and uncrowded. Lots of golf courses in the area, too!

26 Sunny Shores

Interior is bright and welcoming. Thoughtful wine, snacks and local information booklet The updated kitchen is very functional and well equipped. Nice landscaping with private fenced-in back yard. Outdoor furniture could be updated to be sturdier and more comfortable One of the bikes offered for use had a broken pedal. Convenient location to beach and stores.

Wonderful little pad

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed Stephen's cottage. It's a small two bedroom, one bath with a good kitchen. My dog loved the back yard which was surprisingly big and fenced in. It is in a nice neighborhood about a quarter mile from the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Stephen is very responsive and helpful. He even changed a TV subscription so I could access local news and offered to mail me back a jacket I had left.
