Time to soak up some Florida sunshine, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy seeing palm trees in the peaceful neighborhood of Ormond by the Sea. You will be steps from having your toes in the sand because this Beach house is one of the very few that is this close to the beach. Fully furnished with everything you need including 5g WIFI. Bring a bathing suit and some shorts and you are ready to go. Lounge around the pool located right out the sliding doors.
Beach accessories are waiting for you in the garage. Come stay awhile, relax and enjoy.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set all fans to low, close all blinds and curtains and set AC to 78. In winter months set heat to 65. Take out your trash. Leave key on the table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Carry an authorized government ID at check-in
Children are not allowed on the property because of the pool
If you have an overnight guest you will be charged $50 per night for that guest.
