Oceanfront, Newly Renovated, Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, Perfect Location

WaterPointe II, The All Seasons Resort, provides the perfect amenities to enjoy the beach any time of the year. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, ocean-front outdoor pool, sun deck, exercise room, and direct beachfront access make it the perfect vacation destination. It is located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with only 54 units in the entire building.

Wildcat Waves is on the 4th floor and has been completely remodeled and updated with whole-house laminate flooring, granite countertops, new sliding doors for the best ocean views, and walk-in showers. The views of the ocean and beach from the private walk-out balcony are spectacular in both directions.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This is our personal vacation home and we look forward to sharing it with you! However, this is not just a vacation building. There are several full-time residents that are fortunate enough to make WaterPointe II their full-time home. Please be kind and respectful.

No trailers, motorcycles, or RV's are allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No house parties or events. No smoking or pets.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a fantastic stay. The unit looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The unit is right by the elevator for easy access. There’s a huge parking lot across the street so you don’t feel cramped. Staff was present daily for lobby/pool upkeep. We will definitely stay here again.

Our best stay yet!

The property and unit are clean, comfortable and as-advertised for sure! The unit had everything we needed - although smaller than the unit we rented last year, the cleanliness and layout made up for it. The indoor pool was warm and never crowded and we enjoyed a few rounds of corn hole on the patio as well! Communication with the owners was over the top!

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean looked exactly like photos. Well maintained . Hosts organized , making your stay enjoyable. Enjoyed location and very short walk to beach. The condo building very well maintained. Pools clean . Plenty to do in Myrtle beach especially had fun at Duplin winery Barefoot landing and Murrells inlet. Definitely want to go back.

Have stayed in numerous vrbo up and down the coast and this is the ultimate. Location , furnishings all top notch , the owners have done an outstanding job with their unit , additionally the interaction with the owner was so pleasant and she was so kind and helpful . Holiday heaven

Great location. Condo is as advertised. Beach Treats & More convenience store walking distance for resupplies. Food Lion grocery store a mile away. Barefoot Landing a mile away. Many options for dining out nearby. Mall and Outlets not far away. And of course the beach is right out the back door.

We have been vacationing at Waterpointe II for over 20 years. In 2019 we finally purchased our own slice of paradise and named it Wildcat Waves. In all of the years we have been coming to this area, we have never found another building that has all that Waterpointe II has to offer. Our favorite parts are the quiet, family-friendly beach that is directly in front of the building and the private balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. It is truly one of our favorite places on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
