Two covered decks,one with outdoor dining and BBQ, the other overlooking a neighboring 1/2 acre pond with lots of wildlife moving through the property,Deer and Turkeys are daily visitors. Less than 5 minutes to 3 different county parks and Bolt Mountain hiking/mountain biking trail on the Applegate river including popular swimming and fishing holes at Turtle lane and Fish Hatchery parks. Located 15 minutes south of Grants Pass, this property is at the west end of the Applegate valley wine trail having several vineyards within a 10-20 minute scenic drive along the applegate river.
