"This property is exactly as advertised. It is a A frame in the woods with no bells and whistles. If you want to get away from your busy life this is the place to go. There is a small pond directly in front of the house with many frogs and salamanders, didn't seem to be any fish. The fire pit is right next to the pond and has a grill that we used to cook over a wood fire. It was nice to get away from phone calls and emails for a weekend."

This place is absolutely amazing if you need some quiet, away from the hussle of life. Its always clean and the property outside is well taken care of. I've stayed here twice and plan to be back. Pet-friendly and if you have any questions the host answers them almost immediately.

This cabin retreat was perfect for my getaway! Low key, quiet and peaceful, nature all around! The description is correct… it is a “pack in and pack out” location but is a little slice of rural heaven! Amazing for getting away from any hustle or bustle of regular life!

A welcoming stay that was much needed away from the chaos of life. A very peaceful location with excellent star viewing if the clouds cooperate. The home is comfortable, rustic, and clean adding to the relaxing weekend. Location had plenty of books, movies, and local guides available. It is pet-friendly but decided not to take dogs last minute due to senior age of one and possibility of steps, which was good. Steps upstairs would have been too much for him. Was very convenient to Cherry Springs and PA grand canyon. Host was very accomodating and responsive. Can't wait to stay again!

Wooden cabin set in woods with a pond. We were there as a family with dog. The place was cosy and offered everything we needed. We saw deer!
