The Hemlock Hide Away was a wonderful place to relax. The cabin was clean and is well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again in the future.
The cabin is very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Very clean. Easy check in. Great fire ring near creek. Grandkids loved the creek and lots to do around the area! Its a great place to stay highly recommended! Thanks
Had a lovely stay at the cabin. Everything as described. The stream was very relaxing. Easy to get to, just off the main road. Host was very accessible. Very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels in bathroom as well. It was nice having the option of a laundry if needed. Spacious parking. Would definitely stay again.
The cabin was really cozy and enjoyed relaxing during our stay. Things were clean and if we had more time we would have enjoyed the fire pit and the grill. Grill was clean which is something we don't usually experience. Our only problem was that one of the beds had mouse poop under the pillow. Most likely a bed the people before us didn't use so it wasn't cleaned before we got there. No problem with mice, never saw one. The host answered all our questions quickly and he had the kitchen stocked with everything we could have wanted. The heat was easy to use. Usually we travel with our dog and unfortunately they don't allow pets.
Cabin was easy to find. The property is in a tranquil setting and had all of the necessary amenities handy. The property is clean and comfortable. There were games to play, tv and movies. The cabin had brochures for restaurants and entertainment in the local area. The host was very prompt responding to inquiries. I highly recommend for star gazers, outdoorsmen or anyone just needing to unwind.
This felt like home. It really did. I’ve been going to a cabin in Wyoming County, PA all my life and this felt so much like a little version of that. Don’t was easy to feel at ease. But I would say the property itself did that as it was so welcoming and very cozy. The Missus was very happy with my pick of places to stay. Our sleep at the cabin was some of the best we’ve had in a while! It was also very accommodating. The listing was spot on. All you need is the food you plan to cook and some change of clothes. Also the area is beautiful around this time of year. We watched the Fall season take full shape in a matter of hours, it felt like. Would highly recommend this place and will absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much for being such great hosts. Very happy patrons here! Didn’t take too many modern pictures since we were just so present in the beauty of the cabin and surround town and area. But managed to remember to take a few Polaroids!
This was our fourth stay here and won't be our last. The cabin has a rustic feel with all the modern conveniences. Great location and private. Dave is a great host.
