Across the street from the ICW and a 3 block walk/bike ride/drive to the beach, That's What SEA Said OKI is a peaceful & relaxing way to vacation. Walk to Island Jo's for coffee, Solar Brewing or Shagger Jack's for dinner; and enjoy the best Oak Island has to offer. This home is fully furnished with neutral and calming décor; we look forward to hosting you!

We love Oak Island - the quietness, the TREES, the sense of community and closeness of the ocean and ICW. We wanted to share our love of this beautiful island with others to create great memories, just as we have.
Why they chose this property
This property sits on a quiet street, with peekaboo views of the ICW and a short walk to the beach. We love the Yaupon area of Oak Island and feel it is more like a sleepy neighborhood than beach town. We love to walk, run and bike this island.
What makes this property unique
Quiet corner lot - walkable to May Moore Park to fish on the ICW, or walk down the street for coffee and treats at Island Jo's. This home is in the perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy island life!
