Carolina Tides is a modern, two-bedroom, two-bath beach villa located on Oak Island NC. We have a well-supplied kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, washer / dryer, direct beach access, seasonal swimming pool & hot tub (seasonal, April 15 thru October 15), elevator, free parking and much more. This villa is an end-unit on the quiet side with lots of natural light. Our complex is in the perfect "vacation location", directly across from the new Yaupon Beach Fishing Pier, Koko Cabana bar and restaurant, and the Lazy Turtle Bar and Grille just a block away. Also, less than a mile to the East is Oak Island Golf Club and their new Duffer's Pub and Grille. Enjoy palm trees and beach views right from your porch. There is also a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Oak Island Lighthouse is about a three mile walk along the beach to the East. Just off the island is the beautiful and historic town of Southport, NC.

*PLEASE NOTE:
1) Our HOA prohibits boats, trailers and golf carts on the property. We apologize if this is an issue but we are unable to accommodate any type of trailer.
2) We have a pull-out Queen-sized couch and can sleep up to 6 guests. However, our linen contract only provides for the two bedrooms and 4 guests. If your party has up to 6 guests, you can use the pull-out couch but you will need to bring your own queen sized linens, pillow cases and bath towels for the additional guests above 4. Please message me for details.
3) No pets.

Love Carolina Tides and OKI

Second time at Carolina Tides, great place with the Beach, pool, and places to eat just a few steps away! Eric is wonderful to work with! On this trip we were able tp play Pickleball at Middleton Park with the locals and 12 new courts! What a fun group!

Great beach condo!

I brought my 3 kids by myself for spring break and the proximity to the beach and pier made this trip doable! The condo is exactly as pictured and super clean. Communication was the best we’ve encountered and we were even offered early check-in without asking. We will totally stay here again!

Great Condo

Very clean and neat Condo! The Ocean and Fishing Pier are across the street. The owner was great to communicate with, he even helped me find a must see TV show via text! Will definitely rent this unit again. Oak Island rocks!

Beautiful Condo

The property was just as stated. The check in was a simple process and the property was very nice. It was nice that it was across from the beach and pier. We would walk the pier every morning and night. I would not hesitate to stay their again.
