Check-Out Instructions: 1. Place used towels in the laundry basket in each room. 2. Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher. 3. Return TV remotes to the TV stand.
4. Please reset the thermostat to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. If your unit has a fireplace, please turn it off. 5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6. Close/lock windows, turn off lights, and lock the front door (access code will deactivate 15 minutes after check-out time).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
