Amazing Review

Estos huespuedes no notificaron nada de esto durante la estadía. Los mismos pagaron por 4 personas y cuando nos percatamos que llevaron mas personas se les cobró el exeso de personas y entonces se molestaron e indicaron que escribirian una mala evaluacion. Son personas que pagan por pocas personas pero llenan la casa tratando de pasarse por listos. Estas personas dañan el concepto de la honestidad de los huespuedes en las casas vacacionales.

The real problem is that you paid for 4 people and then you try to enter 10 people at the property and when we notified you you do not want to pay for extra people and then you said that you were going to give us a bad review. You need to be honest that is why we have cameras and you will find it in most of the vacation properties to avoid an excessive number of persons that guest wants to use the property for free. We do not agree with anything that you said because is not a real review. Bad experience with you. Please never book from us again.

Este es un review con proposito de hacer dano y no refleja la realidad de la propiedad. Lamentablemente estos huespuedes al llegar se tiraron en la cama y la rompieron debido al sobre peso, luego fueron a la ducha y la rompieron tambien. En las propieades vacacionales si usted rompe algo, lo debe pagar, y por tanto se solicito que pagaran lo que rompieron ya que eso no estaba asi. Claro esta, no querian que se les cobrara y por tanto en forma de desquite escribieron las cosas aqui. Pero las personas honestas veran que no existen review negativos en nuestra propiedad y que la misma esta en excelente estado. El Valor de esta propiedad en el mercado sobre pasa los $275,000.00 dolares y haremos todo lo posible por mantenerla en buen estado. Saludos desde Puerto Rico, donde todo el ano es verano!!

We are sorry that you had an experience like the one you mention. Unfortunately, the electric power authority suffered a blackout in the area affecting more than 5 thousand subscribers for that 6-hour period, therefore the electricity problem is totally out of our control, therefore it should not be attributed to a problem of the property. After that time the system was re-established. If you needed more towels you could have asked for it since we have more available but you did not ask for them. The listing does not indicate that the property is on the beach. The page gives an approximate address of the location and does not mention that it is on the beach. So we consider that your review is without justification, but thank you for giving your opinion, only that we appreciate that they are opinions based on real and genuine data, not your perception.
