We stayed here while a family member was sick and dying. We were easily able to extend our stay and additional supplies delivered promptly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - we cooked at home almost every day.
This property was clean and convenient. Owner was very specific about check in and out procedures and we had no problems. We would absolutely choose this property again if we were in the area. In addition, the price was very reasonable especially over college graduation weekend.
This was the best home away from home apartment that you can live in. I stayed for 4 days and it was just amazing. It had everything you can imagine that you would need in a home. Very clean, felt clean, smelled amazing. Everything was amazing. Best stay I’ve had thus far.

The apartment was great. All new paint, kitchen, and flooring. No crunchies on my bare feet! Juan was amazing. He helped us out several times. Plenty of local restaurants near by. The Nexus Center hockey rink was only 5 min away. The neighborhood was low income but we had no issues at all.
This apartment in a home near the Masonic Care Home was better than staying in a hotel. The owner met us at the door to see if we needed any help. It was less than a five minute ride to the campus. I will be checking in the future to see if it is available each time I'm in the area. Again more comfortable then a hotel room.
A decent two bedroom apartment, likely worth the low price. Convenient to where we went to breakfast. A tired industrial neighborhood, nothing useful within walking distance. No way to sleep five! Tough for four adults: each bedroom has just a double bed (no drawers, etc.). Two small living room couches can't be made into a bed. Sleeping with my 19-year old son less than ideal. Worst part was being unable to get into Vrbo site to get site information. Fortunately, the owner/ welcomer was very responsive, and texted us address, how to get in, details, and then how to check out; wouldn't give info over phone however. Appreciated water bottles in fridge.
The pictures do not accurately reflect this rental. It’s in a very run-down, industrial part of town that felt extremely unsafe. Loud music played at night, random people wandered around outside, and I would never recommend this place for families or solo travelers.“Free parking” is just a gravel lot next to a rundown building. Inside, the unit reeked of vomit when we arrived, covered up by an overpowering cheap air freshener that triggered my allergies. The smell never went away, even after Lysol and the host offering to send a cleaning crew later in the day.The AC is just a noisy old window unit, there are no drawers for clothes, and overall the place does not match the listing. Communication was also difficult — there was a clear language barrier, and many of the host’s texts had the same spelling mistakes that appear in several of the “5-star” reviews, which makes me question their authenticity. The only reason we didn’t leave on the first night was because everything nearby was booked, leaving us stuck. Ultimately, we checked out early because this rental was unsafe and uncomfortable.Would not recommend.

I have nothing to say about these negative comments about my property.
But I do have to tell people looking for spaces to rent that
they can see the 100 or more reviews I have in that same location.
of my four units on this platform and on the Airbnb platform.
The reviews of these guests say the opposite of what this guest's review says. It seems like she's trying to cause harm and not offer suggestions for improving the accommodations.
But if she didn't feel comfortable from day one, she just had to say so, and she'd be given her money back, and she wouldn't have to make up so many false arguments to try to cause harm.
Thanks to the people who read these responses, and I'm grateful for understanding what happened with this lady.
