The property was exactly as described. Very clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.
The host was very friendly and responded quickly when we reached out. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for cooking meals in the unit.

Utica Stay
Stayed here for boilermaker. Inside of the property is great and communication was very good. Though the property is in a bad neighborhood and that was hidden from listing. I would not stay here again because of the buildings surroundings.

Thank you, Mr. Tim, for recognizing that the interior of our property is great and that our communication was very good.
You rated the neighborhood where our property is located as bad.
Mr. Tim, this bad neighborhood rating that you gave to the neighborhood where our listing is located, With all due respect I have to tell you that in this place we have four apartments, where one of them has been operating for about two years and the other three for an average of about a year and a half more or less on the VRBO and other important platforms, therefore between the two platforms we have accumulated more than 100 reviews of our accommodations. To date, thank God, we have not had any inconveniences with our guests in the area or with any strange person and also no damage to our guests' property.
But you must know that: Utica is a growing city where buildings, houses and the entire environment are being modified and prepared to turn the city of Utica into a city as it originally was in other times.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review our accommodation
and sorry for any inconvenienc
