Hilltop Hideaway - Great views of Lake George

Located in Bolton Landing, this spacious home offers lake views and can accommodate eight guests. The main floor features a large living area with a gas-powered wood stove, where you can take in all the lake views! Also on the main level is a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a dining area. Step outside onto the large deck overlooking Sweetbriar Island. Here you will find an outdoor dining area and a grill perfect for outdoor cooking.

On the upper level, you will find two queen beds and a full bath with a double vanity. All with a view! While the lake level of this home offers a separate, but attached suite. This area features a king bed, full bath, and kitchenette. This floor also features a separate living space with a pull-out couch with a queen bed. Just outside the lake-level suite is a patio with additional outdoor furniture. This home also features a deck with a pergola and fire pit. Roast some smores and relax around the firepit with family and friends.

Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. There are also jet skis and a ski school/full-service marina all within walking distance. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops, restaurants, and events. Whatever you are looking for, this home is just minutes away from all the action, or just sit back and soak in all the fantastic views of Lake George!

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Approval needed for more than one dog and a dog over 40lbs.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Wonderful Weekend

Spent Father’s Day weekend here with family. Had a WONDERFUL weekend. The accommodations were near perfection (would have been perfect if the couch on the first floor with the king bed was a pull out). Everything was so clean and comfortable along with beautiful views!! I am happy to say that this place made us some lifetime memories! Thank you! We will be staying here again! Highly recommend!!

The Hilltop Hideaway is up on a hill with two lovely decks that overlook Lake George (with a parking lot and other building between the house and the view). The property was super clean and well equipped. The large walkout first floor can serve as its own suite with a bedroom/living space, full bathroom and kitchenette/laundry room. It was a great space for our son, daughter in law and one year old. All the stairs are wooden and might be difficult for small children. The third floor has a log bedroom with an enormous chalk-in closet, a smaller bedroom and lovely large bathroom (no toiletries except soap). The kitchen is fairly well equipped (there is no dishwasher). There is a nice size living room/dining area with full length windows looking over the lake. Then there is a bonus living space with the half bath off of it. It was a 5 minute drive to the village of Bolton Landing and the Sagamore Resort which was super convenient.
