The Waterfront Haven is a ground-floor duplex that does not have access to the upstairs area, which is secured by a locked door.
** If interested, guests can inquire about renting both the upstairs and downstairs portions of the River House.**

This home features two separate units that can be rented together or individually, offering flexible options for your stay. Each unit provides complete privacy indoors, including all interior amenities.
Please note that although outdoor amenities may be accessed by other guests if the units are booked separately, each unit does have one small completely private outdoor area.

The pool is not available for heating and is closed seasonally (November–March 30) with an automatic hardtop cover.
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
**All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors**

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All kitchen dishes, pots, glass ware and utensils must be cleaned well or extra fees will be added after check out.
This is my home not a motel. Cleaning fee is for normal levels and any excessive cleaning required will add extra fees to the guest after check out.
Only persons included in the booking are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized extra persons will result in extra persons fee that guest will be responsible to pay host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before check-in and receiving the door code, guests must read and agree to the house rules and liability release with signed forms to the host.
If a guest cancels for violating the booking contract or house rules they will owe the host $400 for restricting future bookings due to their actions.
This ground-floor rental is perfect for those who work during the day, with limited access to the outdoor pool, golf deck, and dock.

Serenity Now!

The river house is incredible. It’s hard to describe and these pictures don’t do justice. But I love this place, and, I will be back! Rented downstairs (smaller/cheaper) for The Masters 2024. Met the guys who had booked the Main House and that place is even more incredible. You can really escape here, get some work done surrounded by God’s beauty and the natural peace of the Savannah River. Activities — kayaking, fishing, swimming, propane grill, golf balls to practice driving. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. KJ is a dream owner/landlord and a fantastic and available communicator. Potter and MJ (local) take care of anything. Highly recommend. 21 out of 5 stars.
