There is a deck with an awning that has direct access to the fenced yard and pool. Outdoor furniture, grill, outdoor shower & more. Finished "rec room" area on ground level with half bath, games, tv & more. Large rooms, high end appliances, furnishings & fixtures. Great parking. 4 levels of beach house here! Also includes 8 badges to the beach, many extras like bicycles, beach chairs, gym equipment, game tables. A complete option for your beach vacation. Owner provides sheets, towels, and beach towels, Keurig coffee maker.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything we needed was there and having linens and towels was a huge plus! The location was great, close to the boardwalk and beach (but not too close). Our family had a great time!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- there was plenty of room of room for everyone. The parking was great and we really enjoyed the backyard and basement.
