Brand New Cowtown Home With City View

A spacious new build, sitting on top of Scenic Bluff with a beautiful view of downtown Fort Worth. You are steps away from the many downtown bars and restaurants, the historic stockyards, and Cowboys and Rangers stadiums. Enjoy the lovely Texas weather by grilling on the newly finished patio in front of a warm fire in the evenings. This centrally located home is great for a family vacation or reunion with friends.

During your stay the entire home will be yours along with a private backyard and parking spaces for two vehicles. The downstairs is an open floor plan with large sectional couch, dining room table, gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar. The backyard is newly finished with a large patio, fire pit, Pit Boss pellet smoker, cozy seating, and it is completely fenced in as a safe place for your furry friends. Two of the three bedrooms upstairs have smart TVs. The two guest bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks. There are also two desks (one of them is a standing desk) in each bedroom that can be utilized for WFH. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower.

This location is perfect for families with children, work from home couples looking for an extended stay or just a group of friends looking to explore a new city. You will be a 5 minute drive to downtown, 5 minute drive to the Stockyards, 10 minute drive to West 7th, 20 minute drive to Cowboys AT&T Stadium, and 25 minute drive to DFW airport. No need to worry about navigating city streets as you are less than mile off of a main highway that can get you everywhere.

Wow. Just wow!

We were in the Fort Worth area for Christmas to celebrate the birth of Christ, but also to celebrate the birth of my father in law. We have been married for 20 Years, but have never been in the area to celebrate my father in law’s birthday. He turned 83 this year. His smile with all his family surrounding him was priceless. Thank you Anthony for sharing your home for the Celebration. The house was just as advertised. 3 comfortable bedrooms. The mattresses and pillows were amazing. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It felt like home. The kitchen had everything you needed and things you didn’t think of. The patio was perfect. It had a grill, table, gas logs and a fence for your fur babies. The view from the front door was a beautiful view of downtown Fort Worth. You are close to all the wows! Anthony was available if you needed him for anything. great host and location. I would recommend anytime. Thanks Anthony!
